I take 250mg of thyroxine daily due to having my thyroid removed because of cancer, I also suffer from fibromyalgia which requires me taking codiene phosphate painkillers To try and relieve the pain. My last few blood tests have been showing that my thyroxine levels are low and I am wondering could the painkillers be affecting the thyroxine ? I did ask my GP but I was met with a blank look and was told that they would just keep doing blood tests and monitor it that way.
Thank you in advance for any answers.
I do have general fatigue, but that is due to having low thyroxine levels. I eat a healthy diet and do take multi vitamins . I am on thyroxine because my thyroid has been removed.

My TSH went from under 1.0 at my last test [on the desiccated bovine thyroid] to 11.8 just a week ago. It feels great!
tsh going up means your t3 and t4 went down. high tsh means essential hypothyroidism causing TSH to go higher to stimulate thyroids to no avail.
you difinetely have hypothyroid problem. TSH is reverse of T always. TSH will not go high but in one condition only hypothroidism.
you need thyroxine supplements.
